Coaches are responsible for game and practice planning. Each week during the season, coaches will meet to discuss the week’s message, report any stats from games that week for the newsletter and discuss any issues and/or upcoming events. Those who choose to coach for their community service hours will need to pass a background check and attend the coaching success and coaching philosophy/game management classes. Members of the program will be allowed access to the college and professional programs and earn community service hours.
